Have you heard of the gene gun? It's a "vaccine" gun that shoots the vaccine directly onto the DNA. So I think the MNA patch is not the only way the are trying to rape people's DNA and mark it.

It is self applied 2. totally convenient 3. components to be rapidly trafficked to lymph nodes eliciting a robust immune response 4. painless application and no fear of needles 5. Thermostability for certain vaccines, eliminating the need for refrigeration 6. this is an easy sell to the public
